Joe Doppes
Chef/Owner Joe Doppes has nearly 30 years of culinary experience at some of America's finest restaurants from coast to coast. In 1999 he set his heart on a French restaurant in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood, and Bistrot Margot was born. His goal is to create an authentic French dining experience, with exquisite, traditional menu items and an extensive selection of wines.
